. On arrival to the property there is a large wooden gate at the entrance with the house name on.
. Parking is marked through gates to the right.
. The surface is flagged evenly.

. Village is a few minutes walk from the Bed & Breakfast.

Main Entrance
. The front door for enquires or booking in has 2 slate steps 15cm / 10cm high
. The entrance for bed & breakfast has one step 20cm high
. The entrance hall has short piled carpet.
. A buzzer is placed at the far end for any assistance needed any time.
. The entrance hall is100cm wide with narrow piece at 65cm.

. Shower cubicle edge/step is 18cm.
. The sink is rounded at the sides and is 84cm high.
. Door opening is 75cm inwards to bathroom.
. Toilet is 40cm high.
. Bath is 56cm high with a hand rail on the right side wall.

.There are 13 stairs to the first floor bedroom measuring 24cm depth ,18cm high & 70cm length.
